Vantapage

The following years with Vanta, became a great time and a better companion thru life is hard to find. She had a personality that I thought never was to be found in another dog. She was with me all the time, even when I traveled up to the northern of Sweden to go fly-fishing. She was always there, trying to find a place in the sun.

It was with Vanta I started with whippet racing. She had already come up to the age of 7 years old when we made our first visit to the racetrack. I must say that Kalmar whippet race cheif trainer, Aili Ottosson, had big patience with Vanta, trying to get her running down the track. She could start very good; but after the half of the track, she quit running and started to find a place in the sun instead.
