CGRC European Classic Championship, Final
We all knew that this was to bee a tought challenge against the fast dogs from
Czech Republic. Alex made her best effort against them but was 5th over the finish line.
But I'm really proud of Alex only to bee in the final.

Alex got a good start and was second over the finish line and she is in the final.
Her sister Embra was third in her semifinal and also in the final.

Alex made a really good start and had the lead the whole race to the finish line.

Mälarstaden Trophy, Final.

Alex got a good start and was with the rest of the pack in to the curve,
there it became a little mess with all the dogs going in to first curve together.
The bunpy ride for Alex resulted in a 5th place
Once again in the same weekend was Milo running a race at the oval in Borås,
this race was for 550 meters. Milo was 6 but was working hard to keep
up with the youngsters.

Mälarstaden Trophy, Semifinal.

Alex made her first run at the oval track, this was to bee a tuff run
with all the other dogs in class 1. Alex made a great run and was third
and is in the final next weekend.
The same weekend was Milo running his first race at the oval in Borås,
He did a brave run and was 5ft.

Swedish Whippet Race Championship
This was Alex second race in Whippet Race for the year, despite this Alex
did some great racing and was in A-Final.
In the final She was leading all the
way until ten meters from the finish line, there her sister Embra took over
and won only 3/100 sec. before Alex. So the history repet itself with
Embra winning the Championship and Alex second

Oboy is ranked 5th best male of 73.
Fanny was ranked as 5th best bitch of 80.
Alex was ranked as 7th best bitch, a big achivment since most of her points was taken i A-Final.
Kennel Oakshaw was ranked as 4th of 61 breeders, this on only 3 starting dogs this year.

Foxy was ranked as 69th best bitch of 104, this on only 2 starts.

Alex winning the Derby A- Final!
She was also awarded the Kennel Idomic's price for the fastest bitch of the race meet,
Alex fastest time was 9,19 seconds, this is the fastest time I ever have seen a bitch do in
whippet race. This was a mixed race meet and it feels great to be faststest of both males and bitches

100821-22 Swedish Whippet Race Championship 2010, Kalmar
Alex was was 2nd and
her sister
Embra won the A- Final and was Swedish Whippet Race Champion 2010.
The final became a real thriller when both Embra and Alex missed the start,
they then made a hell of a run to catch up with the leader and passed her 35 meters
before finish line.

Finaly we got our little Wheezy Wind's Hierra Niña home from Holland.
we decided that her call name is to be "Alex", it fit's her like a glowe.
Alex is co-owned by kennel Oakshaw and Kennel Idomic's.

2008 coursing ranking list
This was a good starting year for the Oakshaw's in coursing,
All togheter there was 221 starting whippets this year.
On the ranking list Milo got 40 place on only two starts,
and Foxy got 97 place on only one start.

The Swedish Championship In Whippet Race was held by Kalstad WR this year
Milo, O'boy and Fanny had just finished their licens just before the Championship
All made wery good runs, they was running better and better during the weekend
and with more experians they will get better placements in the future.
O'boy won the C-Final, Fanny was 4th in the C-Final.
Milo who only got a couple of runs before his licens, was 3rd in the G-Final.
